Various stretching and stabilising motions can be performed with this device. The ledge in the centre makes a perfect resting place for your leg to be stretched. 

While the leg is elevated, a good mobility exercise is to bend at the waist to touch the floor and then to return to touch the elevated foot. The extended pads of the Forcemasta provide something to hold should they be needed to assist in completing the movement.
